ENFIELD, CT – AUGUST 25, 2020 - Just in time for the Fall Semester of college, CIRTEC Company has donated 15 laptops for injured veterans completing higher education programs following military service. The Mystic, Connecticut-based nonprofit, Work Vessels for Vets (www.WVFV.org), received the shipment to support its program to equip America’s veterans with the tools they need to make a successful transition from service-connected injuries to new
career training for civilian life. Since its founding in 2008, Work Vessels for Vets, Inc has sent equipment, like these laptops, to more than 2000 injured veterans in all 50 states. To date, the value of these “hands up” has exceeded $3 million!
I am a combat veteran who sustained injuries to my back and legs. I needed help getting around on my farm. Once I contacted Work Vessels for Veterans, an amazing thing happened-they contacted me back and treated me with dignity. I couldn't believe it.
